Hi all,

We have been treating our son with a Bio Medical Doctor for the last 7 months. He is on many supps, anti-viral, valtrex, MB12., LDN.

We started to notice that some of teeth are beginning to get a blackish color at the base of them. I think also they are reducing in size.

I would appreciate any information that could explain as to why this is happening.

Thanks for your help.

I agree on both counts. Staphysagria and the book as well. The book outlines the Weston A. Pride diet, which we are following more and more. And our problems are all vanishing: teeth, social, etc. of course, we are gfcf, as well and the traditional foods diet allows raw dairy and soaked grains. I do use grassfed ghee, which I make myself. And I am considering the high vitamin butter. Rolando, come to think of it, why not google high vitamin butter and black teeth. I would also google or do a pubmed search on vitamin d. We take it in doses of 25000 to 100000 IUs daily. With additional vitamin k support, of course (in the form of green smoothies).Good luck,Jean

I was just going to post about the same thing. My son is 3yo and his fronth

teeth seem to be turning black also and I can't pinpoint the cause. We brush

twice a day with him and brush after charcoal and frozen blueberries. We have

been gfcfsf for 4 months now and we take calcium and extra vitamin d. The same

thing happened to us twice before and it went away on its own but its annoying

and worries me. I used to see his teeth becoming gray after he took

antibiotics ( amoxicillin ) but this time he hasn't had antibiotics in months.

Let me know if you find anything that I can do about this please!

I have heard of antibiotics doing this, but that's it. Did he also go

on a dairy-free diet recently. I know that my kids teeth start

shrinking if they go dairy-free without supplementing good amounts of

calcium. I think it's something that runs in my family. So, probably

some of us need lots more calcium than others. I would definitely

Google everything he is on to see if it causes greying teeth. Google

key words together, such as " LDN teeth " or " valtrex grey teeth " . I also

would ask his doc and consider a genetic issue. Some genetic issues

don't show up until the child is over 3 or even older.

Love and prayers,

Heidi N

Because you're seeing a reduction in tooth size, I'd say Heidi's right on: But I ll throw this out there just in case: I think I've read about a connection between pyroluria and blue/gray coloration at the gum line (copper might possibly play a role. Cant remember exactly and don't have much time today to go through my files). Googling "klinghardt" "pyroluria" " + copper" should get you off to a decent start.
