4 year boy teeth/black color

Hi all, We have been treating our son with a Bio Medical Doctor for the last 7 months. He is on many supps, anti-viral, valtrex, MB12., LDN. We started to notice that some of teeth are beginning to get a blackish color at the base of them. I think also they are reducing in size. I would appreciate any information that could explain as to why this is happening.Thanks for your help.Ro
