thanks sharon. Im reading the copaxone info now. my dr did say that too. Ive been on avonex,rebif,

novantrone so he feels ok suggesting the tysabri(i called the office info line-thx). i alternate between meds everyday. he said the new pill is about $55,000/yr thats insane!! HUGS......

Dear LondaDid you see the email from me telling I had read that you can be pregnant on Copaxone? I just can't remember exactly where I read it but the mags I get are Momentum, MSQR, Neurology Now, the United Spinal publication and one that comes from Great Britain (can't think of the name right now). I have always heard that Tysabri should not be a first choice. If I was you I would first go with Copaxone. (((Big hugs to you as you make this very important decision)))

My legs locking up was a flare thing,falling downstairs was a save princess issue im fine. The drs determined yes i had a total flare-brought on by stress and anxiety....so in my terms the bs,drama of moving was too much and my system went bananas! MimSy is such a treat!!Any thoughts,questions,suggestions shoot!! ------------------------------------

no biggie sweetie. Avonex was a mess,the side effects did me in and i was working 2jobs then. I just remember w/ rebif i was on it some yrs and they pulled me off cuz after so long it can cause lupus? i was having issue with everything not ms related. Then novantrone worked well,i only had 3doses then i hd to do 2yr wait for medicare. wow---i got spoiled these 3yrs w/out meds. i live w/ms but i forgot how to have ms. geez. its gonna work out. now im in battle to get a scooter. aetna medicare doesnt work w/ anybody in my town except place my whole family has had issues with. but at least i can stop focusing on drugs for a min.
