Read this story from Arizona...especially the line about the patient

being unsecured. You want good EMS legislation that will make us

safer...provide criminal penalties for crews who transport patients that

are not properly restrained...manslaughter or worse....then maybe we

would start taking better care for our patient's safety. It is one

thing to cavalierly risk your own life...but when you do so to your

patient, it is inexcusable.

Ambulance crashes south of Safford - Arizona

Who do you call when an ambulance is involved in a crash?

The answer was found Tuesday evening after a Southwest Ambulance

Inside the ambulance was 63-year-old Sharon Ferguson, who was being
