Guest guest
Whey and poached eggs are easily absorbed proteins. Is spirulina too? Even if its accepted that spirulina is easily absorbed, it gives me lot of gas. Therefore what are the other easily absorbed proteinsources?I can't take whey because some milk protein does come in and I am allergic to milk. I am allergic to egg too.Other non-veg foods are time-consuming in absorption. Please anybody reply. Thanks in anticiipation.Ratan.

Guest guest
My sister is doing this and says she feels sooooooo much better. She started out pretty skeptical but decided it couldn't hurt. Guest guest
I did this for awhile a number of years back. But I got my blood type wrong so I did the wrong diet. Guest guest
Dear Channa Brennon:My blood is O. That means I will thrive on paleo or the cave man's diet of non-veg. Except for eggs, I know my body lovesall other non-veg. I have absolutely no problem and feel more energetic after eating non-veg, unlike other foods that make mesleepy (allergy, opiates?). But I hesitate if I will be able to digest chicken or fish fast enough, because I get only half an hour of window of opportunity to refurbish my super-twitch white muscle fibers that I have broken down during 12 minutes of peak high power physicalexercise. Whey would be an answer, but something is in it that gives me sneezes. Eggs give me lot of gas and gut cramps.Ratan.To: mb12valtrex From: channabrennon@...Date: Fri, 16 Mar 2012 19:02:53 -0700Subject: Re: Easily absorbed proteins i just got the book eat right for your blood type....if you tell me what blood type you are i can tell you what the book says is easiest for you body to absorb.....its an idea i dont use it as a bible...but my son and i who are blood type A do best on less meat and beans and veggies.....I soak beans overnight and cook with piece of kombu seaweed...till very soft....also rice protien....i like the brand peaceful planet....i put that in smoothies.... Guest guest
Hm...I'm not sure what you are asking. You could look into chiaroscuro, though I don't know how quickly it's absorbed. If you're looking to build muscle, you might consider creatine. The kre-alkalyn form. Tammy Sent from my Kindle Fire
