Guest guest
We love, love, love Enhansa. My son's fogginess is gone - and so is his athlete's foot. > > > Hi Heidi, > I wanted to know what's the brand you are using? > Is there a liquid? Guest guest
We have used all kinds of brands and all worked. I never used a brand that had corn or soy. I never even knew there is turmeric and curcumin made with corn and oils. I only used the powered form in capsules. I get quite ill from gmo corn and soy, so I would feel it right away if it was in something. Anyhow, I have used several brands, even cheap ones of turmeric and curcumin and all worked. So, just buy from a company you like. The important thing I noticed from turmeric/curcumin is that the dose has to be high enough to work. I had to take 4 capsules of 500mg each, twice a day for years. I can get away with two capsules of 500mg each, twice a day, now. (I developed MS symptoms at one point in my life.) When I first started taking it, I got a small amount of die-off from just one capsule, so as usual, starting off slow and working up is my motto. My kids never had to take more that two capsules twice a day. A lot of docs prescribe it, so it's very commonly seen in the autism recovery arena.
