I'm glad you like the paintings. I wish I could spend more time painting; but, sometimes, it just doesn't work out for me to do so. Guest guest
Debbi,I don't know if I can paint walls. So, you are ahead of me in that respect. Back when I was much younger, living at home, every year or so, my mom would get in this wall-painting mood. The living room was the first to go under the brush/roller. In her efforts to teach me the fine art of wall painting, she would hand me the roller and the tray of paint. She showed me how to make long even strokes of paint on the wall, always going up and down the wall. One time, while she was not looking I used the roller to paint squiggly lines, circles and all sorts of designs on the wall. I thought it looked kind of pretty. My mom thought otherwise and for a long time did not let me help paint walls. Since leaving home, I have primarily lived in rentals with white walls. Or, slightly off white walls. I've never had to paint walls since. Now, because of my limited range of motion in my arms and shoulders, I'm not sure if I can.
