This morning, after I stepped off the scale (lost 3 pounds - wahoo!) I stepped into the shower. When I was done, I was puzzled that my bath towel was wet - before I even dried myself off! I was quite shaken and even wondered if my roof had leaked but couldn't fine any signs. After some serious thinking for several minutes as I dressed, I realized that I had already finished showering before I stepped on the scale. <sigh>At least I was very clean when I went to work today.<hugs>Sue
