Guest guest
I'm considering adding aloe vera juice to our regimen. Any recommendations for brands (prefer only organic) and/or experiences using it? Thanks, Sylvia
Guest guest
We've used 's Always Active Aloe, and have had good experiences with it calming our little guy's tummy. He unfortunately has developed a phenol sensitivity, and since aloe is high in phenols, we can't use it anymore. :-( I'm considering adding aloe vera juice to our regimen. Any recommendations for brands (prefer only organic) and/or experiences using it? Thanks, Sylvia
Guest guest
I LOVE Trader Joe's organic Aloe Vera Juice. My son will drink it straight, although I usually mix it with juice so I can get other supps in all in one shot. I feel it has worked magic on his leaky gut, in terms of him being able to have occasional gluten infractions and not have the big fallout from it. He has a very acid tummy, and the Aloe just seems to be very soothing. He has very regular, well formed stools, as opposed to chronic diarrhea. It can have a laxative effect if you have too much, but for us, it has really been fantastic. A big jug of it at TJ's is $7.99. You will get a lot of referrals for 's brand because it looks and tastes just like water. I worry that it IS water and it's about $20.00 for a gallon. So far, the Aloe juice has been a big wow for us. Hope this helps! , mom to Jack age 6 Sent from my iPad
