Guest guest
Thanks to everyone who has discussed phenols, a month ago I had no idea what Phenols are and after reading your post I decided to research them. On researching phenols, I found that the remainder of Leo's sysmtoms were listed on the list of symptoms of sensitivity to phenols. (He has be GF & CF for four years.) We removed several food high in phenols a month ago and have seen huge improvements. He is reading more, he seems to be more intersted in school, his attention span has increased greatly and he is much less moody. Thank you so much, I am so greatful to be a part of this on line community! No a question, I have just read that almonds are high in phenols, Leo eats a lot of products made with almonds, does anyone have a milk substitue that is high in nutrients? I just bought a case of almond milk, because I use it & coconut milk to make his smothie twice a day! For the last four years I have heard mixed reports regarding goats milk, should we avoid this, does it have caisen? Thank you everyone & blessings to you and your kids!
