You smart parents already know about aluminum, but I wanted to share an article

And here are my notes on aluminum from Tenna Merchent's book:

" Aluminum, yeast, reverse polarity, and parasites all go together.

With yeast, there is always aluminum. Must get rid of aluminum first.

Many don't realize...As I did not till I started biomeds that things like Tums,

many Pickles/relish (alum) & cooking in aluminum cookware all give you exposures

to this very toxic metal...as does vaccines...
