Reb........colds etc. for MSers

Darn! my email sent too soon.... lolWhat I was saying, Reb, is I am like and often I am the only person in the house who doesn't get sick or else I get a very minor case of it. The downside of that is I always get to be the caregiver! lol I'd rather be a caregiver any day than be sick. When I do really get a cold I am more sick than anyone else. I am feeling much better, thank you! Even the itches are gone. Still have a little bit of a cough, you know the kind of "residual symptom" that stays with you for a while after a cold etc. is fine too She never did get this, whatever it was. Thankfully! Then again, it seems to be true what Akiba wrote, about people with MS being quite illness resistant. Because that's our common experience, that either doesn't get what I am having, or she gets it in a very minor way. For a while she'd be getting colds etc when her co-workers' children were ill, but only in a very, very minor way: like sneezing a little for half a day or so, and then I'd get it and be ill for a week... Luckily her co-workers' kids are older now, and doesn't get those"
