Hi everyone,

My son is on azithromycin and diflucan. I usually give him probiotics after

school around 4 pm as few days ago he was on a twice a day dosing of vancomycin.

Now he is taking azithromycin and diflucan once daily and I was wondering if I

should give one of them in am and the other in pm. I have always given diflucan

at dinner time and activated charcoal after 2 hours. Is it a good idea to use

azithromycin in the morning away from the antifungal and probiotics or its ok to

give the antibiotic and antifungal at the same time and just away from

probiotics? This is the first time he is on azithromycin and I am not sure if I

will need to use activated charcoal with it or not. Also if I do use activated

charcoal at bedtime(2 hours after dinner), when to supplement zinc then?

Thanks

is
