Working on additional hotel rooms for conference

Hey y'all,

I know some of you have experienced difficulty getting hotel rooms at

the conference rate even though it is before the cut-off. I guess this

is a good problem - it means people are excited about Fort Worth and are

coming to the conference. But please know that we're working on the

problem.

The Worthington and Hilton are sold-out for sure, and I think that is

true of the Courtyard as well - still waiting on an answer from them. If

there are any rooms at the Courtyard, it won't be many.

I have gotten conflicting stories from the Sheraton about how many rooms

they have available to give us in a new agreement (one person says lots

and the other says the rooms are sold out). At any rate, I am working on

adding more rooms to the Sheraton if possible. If I find out the

Sheraton is truly sold out, I will be adding rooms at another hotel. I

don't want to do this until I find out for sure about the Sheraton

because we are penalized for unsold rooms.

I should have some advice for you about more hotel rooms by Friday
