Woo HOOO! That is wonderful that a fellow nurse believed you, and is getting

you looked at by another doctor. Yes, validation is so... well, great! Being

heard, being understood.

Best of luck to you as you get this issue resolved, it must be both painful and

frustrating to not be heard or believed RE a physical condition.

Thanks Annie. It is frustrating. I hate coming out of a clinician's

office feeling blown off & like a hypochondriac! That's not fair to

do to a patient.

Glad I went & saw this NP. Maybe this time I will get some answers

without having everything just thrown into the " fibromyalgia " pile.

Congratulations Mia! It's about time you found some medical person that would

do right by you. I've had good luck with nurse practitioners - they seem more

willing to listen and act. I hope the tests reveal something that can be easily

fixed.
