Guest guest
Woo HOOO! That is wonderful that a fellow nurse believed you, and is getting you looked at by another doctor. Yes, validation is so... well, great! Being heard, being understood. Best of luck to you as you get this issue resolved, it must be both painful and frustrating to not be heard or believed RE a physical condition. Guest guest
Thanks Annie. It is frustrating. I hate coming out of a clinician's office feeling blown off & like a hypochondriac! That's not fair to do to a patient. Glad I went & saw this NP. Maybe this time I will get some answers without having everything just thrown into the " fibromyalgia " pile. Ty again. Guest guest
Congratulations Mia! It's about time you found some medical person that would do right by you. I've had good luck with nurse practitioners - they seem more willing to listen and act. I hope the tests reveal something that can be easily fixed.
