Thanks Wanda, that is a help. How amazing, your experience!

We do use some homeopathy and in particular right now are having great success

with Hiland's Nerve Tonic. Personally I believe deeply in wholly integrative

medicine, in the truest sense of the word.

Aconite- where do I buy it?

Fear, terror, hidden tension- this describes Mia at her worst moments very well

(and when she was really sick, this was her all day and night- with up to 15

night terrors a night!!). I had heard of a homeopathic that was from 'rabid dog'

once but then couldn't track it down. . . . have you heard of it?

Many thanks,

> I am not in any way able to advise anyone what to do with seizures..but,a

young lady was here at my house and had a very violent grande mal seizure, one

that looked like she might die...her skin turned pale and yellow...like the

" moon " , her body was cold, and she was wet all over with a cold sweat..it all

happened so very quickly.

> i have a homeopathy kit, and quickly picked the first one out i saw which made

" sense " to " me " ...Aconite...which is very good when a person is frightend or

fears death. These are very small granules in this kit.

> The instant i put the granules under her tongue, her eyes and mouth opened and

she took a deep gasp of air and the seizure stopped, her normal skin color

reappeared and she wanted to know what i had done.

> it was very interesting to me that she had recently been to the hospital for

seizures and they released her, not knowing what had caused them. And, also to

find out that she had been somewhat terrorized before she came to my house,

because her car " disappeared " and she felt it had been stolen, only to find out

later that the police had towed it for illegal parking, and she couldn't afford

to get the car out of the lot.

> so...i think homeopathy is valid way of treating seizures, especially if you

find a really good remedy. And, I think " fear " or hidden tensions may be a

" cause " of seizures.
