one of my sisters just told me about zumba - it is wi fi - a new exercise thingee

like you walking from the front door to car wears me out God, grant me the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom to rely on his spirit to carry me there.

No, it's mostly the arms that gets exercised (you move the arm in a similar fashion to the mii/avatar on the screen).
