And some very un-healthy family relations (for lack of a better word) in addition with that. They do seem to be a "church" built solely on hatred, and I think that speakvolumes about them as persons. A Swedish theologian that I enjoy reading once said (or wrote, as the case may have been) that: "Every limit you put onGod's love, is in reality the limit of your own love, for God's love is perfect andever abounding" (or something along those lines). Not mentioning it tostart a discussion on religions, only because I think that is very true: If a group, as in this case, presents a God that is all about hate, then that only means that hate is what their own hearts are filled with.Glad to hear the panic attacks have passed!Insurance companies, they sure are something, huh... I don't know aboutAmerican insurance companies, but here in Sweden, any work done in abathroom must be done by a accredited professional for the insurance to apply. And yet a study showed that bathroom damage due to faults in installation(or other) work done (usually moisture damage), is twice as common when the work is done by a accredited professional compared to when it's done by thehouse owner. Go figure...Then again, we have been pleasantly surprised by our pet/veterinarian insurance several times. They make their payouts swiftly and with verylittle paper work required, and a few times they have even payed more thanwe had expected them to. I think that as of right now they have actually payed us more than we have payed them (one of our previous cats had aheart condition that cost the insurance company a lot...). Which reminds me, another pleasant surprise in the financial department:We went by train for the Christmas holiday with my mom and the rest of thefamily. Snow (and a LOT of it) caused a delay of 5 hours on our way to mymom's (meaning that instead of arriving in time for a late supper the night before the Swedish Christmas – which is Dec 24 – we arrived around 3 a.m.on the morning of Dec 24, not exactly rested...). My sister said we should make a claim with the "travel time insurance" that the government owned train operator (SJ) has (in short, it means that should your travel time be extended with more than 30 minutes compared to the time table, they will compensate you). We said that it would be no useas the delay was due to the snow, and they, as a rule, don't compensate for delays that is weather related (since the weather is "not under theircontrol"). But she said we should at least give it a shot, and we agreed. On our way home we were about 50 minutes delayed (still due to the snow). And we figured that as we were going to file a claim anyway, we might aswell file a claim for that trip too (the policy is: a delay longer than 30 minutes, but less than 60, will be compensated with 50% of what you payedfor the tickets, and a delay of 60 minutes or more will be compensated witha 100% refund). We did, and to our surprise received a refund of 100% in total. Our confusedcomment about the sum being 100%, when it should have been some 75%,given that the second trip was actually only 50 minutes delayed was met witha cheerful: "Well, what's a few minutes."...'s explanation is that since this heavy snow hit Sweden during the days when most everyone was traveling to and from holiday celebrations, they musthave been handling an enormous amount of claims for delay-compensations,and somewhere along the way, they just grew tired of counting and stared topay out 100% to all...Maybe. In any case we'll just consider it a nice late Christmas present, I think...love/Reb > >> >> > Only some very sick minds could come up with the idea to harass > > bereaved families at funerals, in my opinion.
