If I'm counting right, that makes 9 helicopters down and 31 lives

lost since the beginning of the year. In this case the patient, a

year old little girl, was diagnosed with epileptic seizures and was

destined for Children's Memorial in Chicago. If I remember the area

correctly, that would have been about an hour drive by ground.

Somebody explain to me again why regulation is such a bad thing.
