does prolonged use of valtrex/ketoconazole cause aggression?

Hi All,My son has been on valtrex for abut 6.5m / ketoconazole for 5.5m .Does prolonged usage of this cause aggression like biting/kicking, throwing tantrums?Spittin/playing(bubbles) with saliva.Earlier, When I was using OoO(oregano) and extra drop of oil would make him bite for no reason?Is this anyway related?
