Thanks everyone for the advice and encouragement. I must admit I do have a dental phobia about some things, but I know you all couldn't tell;) I canceled the cleaning appointment but I'm keeping the dental appointment for Monday. When I get there I will reschedule the cleaning appointment. Honest! I have heard good things about this dental hygienist. He is supposed to be very gentle and very good. I am relieved just knowing I don't have to do the cleaning and then the dental appointment three days later. I hope I sleep better tonight and my spastic legs go away.
