Guest guest
For ear infection and for protection against it, I avoid antibiotics with the following:- Lugol's Iodine (4 drops in a glass of water) gargles.- Apply lugol's iodine with cotton buds in the ears (not deep, to prevent rupture) before and after bath and before sleep.- Cut open a lacto strain probiotic and keep the powder on tongue while going to sleep.By the way, lugol's iodine is strange. Its anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-bacterial yet it doesn't kill the probiotic. Apply it concentratedon skin-boil and the boil goes away in 5 to 7 days and new skin emerges, but apply it on healthy skin and nothing happens---rather our healthy skin absorbs it.Ratan.----------------Ratan Singh, Phone: 91 141 2652561, mail: ratanpsych@...- Certificate in Food & Nutrition; Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education; Life Member, Nutrition Soc. of India; Member ISOM- Author of "Nutrition & Supplements in Major Mental Illnesses";- M.A. (Psychol), Postgraduate Diploma in Medical & Social Psychology, Ph.D.;- Certified Behavior Therapist (from late Prof. J. Both my boys (3 and 2yo ) are CFGFSF and I'm trying to stay away from antibiotics. My little one hasn't been feeling well. I have heard of garlic oil but I have never used it before... how do I apply it, inside the ear canal ? What else can I do ? >
