about 12:20 am I came awake - water in my lungs and my nose running like Niagara Falls

short version - major acid reflux and big time asthma attack and cough

I had been up late - the last two times I did laundry I did it around 9 pm and with my memory it took 2 hours to wash and dry

I was awake for two hours - 2 inhalers and both nose pills and cough medicine

I boosted it with a hershey bar and a soda

then prop up and try breathing

I dozed from 3 ish to 6 - not really sleeping

I am betwixt and between - almost 2 pm and I am going to stick a tv dinner in

I am okay - just laying low for a few days
