Guest guest Posted March 25, 2012 Report Share Posted March 25, 2012 We have been on Folinic Acid for a 3 months or so (currently all the way upto 2mg/kg/day). We saw some early benefits but higher doses don't seem to have any remarkable differences. I would like to hear from folks who have had experience with high dose Folinic acid. How long did you have to use? What clinical improvements were noted?Were there any labs that improved or changed? (CSF Neurotransmitters, CSF Lactate for those who did a LP or any other blood tests?)What other supplementation helped (I have heard B12, Cholestrol, Vitamin Cocktails etc)?Thanks,Kay Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
