Guest guest
What's going on at your houses? How's your weather? How are YOU?It's a typical Saturday here in that the washing machine is going, dil is gardening, son is working around the property and the grandkids are playing. My son and dil are getting ready to go camping. They will only be gone 4 days but they are so excited. They like to camp out on forest land high in the mountains near Sunrise Lake. Sunrise is on the Apache Reservation and that's where they will fish. The trip is a working trip because my son will be cutting firewood to bring home to sell. There isn't much money in firewood sales here but my son still sells firewood on the side. The economy is still bad here with no recovery in sight and my son's regular business is still faltering badly with barely any jobs. So he does whatever he can to bring in some money. While they are gone I will be responsible for taking care of all the animals, except Cobra. They will put a big container of water and food over for Cobra before they leave. I will have to take care of the turkeys, chickens, ducks, barn cats, inside cats and our dogs. I have a couple of books picked out to read so I'm looking forward to the quiet:)Monday I will see the dentist. My bad tooth has been hurting a bit today so I'm glad to be seeing the dentist. It's not bad but is enough to remind me not to cancel my appointment! lolTonight I will make a family recipe for dinner--spanish rice. My grandkids have been asking for a banana cake. If the afternoon storm brings cool enough air I just might make a cake. We'll see....love to each of you. SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
Hi Sharon,Wow, you have a lot going on. I hope it is not too much for youto care for all those animals while your family is away.I'm happy you are going to go to the dentist. It will be goodto get that out of the way. What's going on at my house, is that we arrived safely homefrom Myrtle Beach, SC about 2:30 this morning. Slept in fora bit, and now trying to clean the house and wade throughemails. I have nearly 500 of them, so I'm reading most recent and going backwards. I don't think I'll get through allof them; will probably just delete those that are older than2 days. Fill me in if I've missed something 'big'.I feel like I have cobwebs in my head from lack of sleep, andoverwhelmed by all that I have to do; at least laundry is alldone--my mother-in-law who we stayed with had a washer anddryer so we kept up with our clothes. Now we can just puteverything away.Looking forward to being back amongst you! love to all myfriends, Kate what's happening at your house? To: Group > What's going on at your houses?
