Guest guest
Hi ,Please check out the wonderful benefits of high dose vitamin C. Www.doctoryourself.com. My husband and I used to have severe seasonal allergies. With the vita c, we feel great. You must work up to bowel tolerance, which means, if you feel gas, bloating or loose stool, back off on the dose. If you want relief right away, without GI distress from taking too much, too soon, try taking a high daily dose, divided into 10 or so doses. Try taking 500 mg every three hours at first. During allergy season, I take about 12 grams (not mg) per day in three divided doses. This is my experience, and you may not need so much. I just mix an emergen-C packet with a teaspoon of as ascorbic acid to yield a 6 gram dose. You can sip that mixture all day. Your bowel tolerance rises with your level of need for vitamin C. I hope you are feeling better soon, !Jean Hi guys I am struggling wth hay fever (already ) nid a natural remedy/herb to alleviate it am still breast feeding....
