Guest guest
Hey that's okay with me Sharon . I've littered your side of the border too. packs a bunch of old towels. Not sure if it's the ms or age but when my bladder says 'go', it is the boss. I've noticed I've lost quite a bit of feeling doing Keigels (sp?) And I sure hope to come back as a man since getting back up after squatting is next to impossible for me now, Or I used to sit on my foot to help hold it ... can't do that any more either. I'll save you the gory details about my 'stop' at a MN deer road kill spot! hugs, Cait Checking inTo: MSersLife > I know, late so Mom Sharon can send me to the corner. Guest guest
Cait....Now I'm curious about your stop in MN. I know what you mean about squatting because I can't do it either. Well, I should say I can squat but I have one heck of a time getting back up. I am always in fear I will land my butt in what I just did:) Then later my knees are mush and I can barely stand.
