Guest guest
Some of us are discussing what the definition of pt. contact is. Is it arriving on scene or stumbling on a pt. with the " intent to care " or is it actual " physical " contact? If you see a pt. but you do not talk with them or you approach them is that pt. contact if you are actually on scene of the event?
Guest guest
It's not so simple as that, unfortunately. For there to be " patient contact " there must first be a patient. So perhaps we ought to start with defining what a patient is. GG > > Some of us are discussing what the definition of pt. contact is. Guest guest
Didn't the GETAC Medical Director's Committee write a paper to define what constitutes a patient? I looked on the DSHS website and couldn't find it, but I think there was one written.
