Dear Everyone,

This is a terrific group but because the software that makes my computer talk so

I know what is on the screen, has some confusion dealing with the format of your

posts, I need to find a group whose posts are easier to access. Often I miss

portions of your posts because the cursor hops over sections of them. My

computer has trouble saving the valuable information, tips and encouragement

exchanged here, and it won't let me clip the posts I'd like to respond to.

Reading your discussions for the past few weeks has helped me over a difficult

transition from denying my type 2 diabetes through systematically and seriously

changing my eating habits and testing though I miss food as I knew it before and

haven't established a pattern with exercise yet.

Thank you for teaching me and helping keep my spirits up. If I get JAWS to work

with your format better, I'll be back.
