Guest guest
Hello, We got one for my son (5 years old with autism) and one for my husband and I (my husband also has health issues). As for my son, it's difficult to know what part of his progress can be attributed to the grounding mat, since we are doing other interventions as well. Surprisingly and unexpectedly, I'm the one who seem to have benefited the most from that thing. I had hormonal imbalance for 10 years (bad night sweats, not so good sleep, etc) and in a few short weeks after starting earthing it it was gone. I definitely recommend it. Guest guest
Can you please explain what grounding pads are and how they are used and what are the areas which could improve with their use? Thanks is
Guest guest
Ms. Genevieve, could you tell us whose pads you used? I've been interested in them for a while, but when I would go to a youtube link provided by some of the sellers, I would have the heck scared out of me by either their stupidity or their stupor. Thanks for any help and I'm glad they're working for you. If they do the same for my wife as they did for you, who knows? I might even get a full nights sleep sometime soon. Guest guest
We had a similar experience. we bought the earthing half sheet kit from www.earthing.com for my 5yo ASD son. Turns out none of the outlets in his bedroom are grounded (our house is 100 years old). While we figured out what we were going to do about his room, we put the grounding sheet on our bed. My husband was super skeptical and to be truthful he hasn't noticed any changes but he's not really broken in anyway. I on the other hand had plantar fasciitis for 6 months and tried everything to get rid of it to no avail. After 2 weeks with the earthing pad, i could get out of bed in the morning and walk without any pain. i couldn't believe it. also, i no longer have restless leg (or jimmy legs as w call them) although i started taking vitamin D about the same time so i'm not sure if i attribute the restless leg going away to vitamin d or the earthing pad. I bought one for my mom and while she " hasn't noticed any difference " she reports that she no longer get up in the night to go to the bathroom, she's sleeping on her stomach again which she hasn't done in 7 years and her tendonitis is much better. if you buy the kit, it comes with the book " earthing " . You can just buy the book, it walks you through how to make your own earthing pad with duct-tape and copper wire. still have yet to figure out the electrical in my sons room. cheers, mardi > > > > Hi > > Has anyone used or is using a gounding pad?
