Guest guest
Hi there, May God give you strength and bless you and your family. I would recommend following initial diagnostic steps with his specialist and maybe some treatment options also but I would definitely recommend visiting a website gcmaf.eu and read details of the product. Gcmaf is being used to cure cancer and not for just remission. In US, Dr Bradstreet from ICDRC in Florida is using it for his patients and I think you can call their office to learn more about it.Also, curcumin, which is a which is derived from turmeric(a spice), has antiinflammatory and anticancer properties. My aunt has stage 4 breast cancer and she is doing much better since she started using curcumin alongwith chemotherapy. is > > My husband was just diagnosed with colon cancer and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what to do. Guest guest
Thank you very much Sylvia. The GcMAF keeps coming up and the website looks very good also. Re: colon cancer I am so very sorry. Someone posted earlier about a treatment that Jeff Bradstreet is exploring (http://drbradstreet.org/), GcMAF. It is totally still experimental but is developing a literature base (see pubmed). Don't know if there are any trials. There are so many different treatment options, you will have to find your way, haltingly. We are all pulling for you and your family. Another helpful book might be www.anticancerbook.com. It was written by a guy that lived with cancer for 20 years. Sadly, he died this past summer, but the info in the book looks spot on. He felt his lifestyle change was instrumental in how long he lived with his illness. Best, Sylvia My husband was just diagnosed with colon cancer and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what to do. Thanks very much. Guest guest
Ok thanks. I keep hearing it over and over, so definitely something to look into. Re: colon cancer That's the macrophage I was talking about that Dr. Klinghardt is using. I am so very sorry. Guest guest
Hello,We see Dr. Cowan for my son who has autism and he has been very helpful. He also treats people with cancer. You can read about his cancer protocol on his website:http://fourfoldhealing.com/2010/06/10/a-holistic-approach-to-cancer/A great book to read is "Anti-cancer, A New Way of Life":http://www.anticancerbook.com/My husband was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor and we see a nutritionist from Dr. Jeanne Wallace's office who specializes in nutrition for cancer patients. She has a great reputation:http://www.nutritional-solutions.net/index.htmlGenevièveOn Oct 12, 2011, at 11:50 AM, w3m1@... wrote: I will use the b6 and magnesium. Apparently this poisons the cancer but as you know most cancer treatments are poison to our cells too. I am so sorry to hear this. I would also look into prayer and positive thinking and homeopathy. I know all those things sound wonky like you are not DOing anything. But I do believe in positive energy... usually when we start having problems in my house, it is because I've lost my positive energy focus. I'm also a big believer in B vitamins, but I think those are controversial in cancer treatment too because it can help the cancer grow. So hmmm Wasn't there a post recently about Macrophages? In the Klinghardt stuff? Maybe something like LDN and the macrophages and colostrum/transfer factor?? Big big hugs. My husband was just diagnosed with colon cancer and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what to do. Thanks very much. -- Toni ------ Mind like a steel trap... Guest guest
Good luck with your husband's treatment and recovery. Please just make sure that you are taking the right type of curcumin. There are certain brands which are better than others. I have tried Longvida by Nutrivene with good results but then switched to enhansa as it is covered by insurance. You can try getting enhansa from Lee Silsby compounding pharmacy in Cleveland if any of the physicians you know who believe in supplements, could write you a prescription. Start with 500 mg daily then gradually go upto 500 mg three times a day. I would suggest to get his Liver function test before starting it though. is > > > > My husband was just diagnosed with colon cancer and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what to do. Guest guest
Thanks, didn't realize about the prescription. Re: colon cancer Good luck with your husband's treatment and recovery. Guest guest
! If you decide to go with Enhansa then dose would be different and I mentioned the dose we were taking with nutrivene. I discussed with the pharmacist and he said that for a child 300 mg twice a day would be sufficient and would be equal to 500 mg twice a day by nutrivene. They make 600 mg caps as well so probably for your husband, 600 mg would be the starting dose and then you can go up to 600 mg twice a day. But do discuss with the pharmacist and your physician regarding the dose and liver function tests. Good luck is > > > > > > My husband was just diagnosed with colon cancer and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what to do. Guest guest
I'm wondering (it being THIS list and all!) whether colon cancer victims shouldn't also do parasite cleanses....
Guest guest
That's Hulda 's view. I read her book a few years ago and just got it back out. She says if I remember correctly that parasites and a certain chemical in a dye she has found in all cancers. Guest guest
Thanks is. We use a product by Thorne called Meriva so I'll ask the doctor about dose and whether Enhansa would be better.
