hi all,

writing here for the first time, though am an amid follower of all of your email

threads. the reason for writing is that we have not been seeing any significant

improvements with my son who is now 4 1/2 in terms of cognition and increase in

speech. we are currently treating him for yeast and planning to start Gaps from

next week onwards. Have a couple of questions would appreciate if i could

receive some clues.

1. has any one performed a mthfr test here, if yes where and how do we order it

( iam currently in Dubai).

2. is there a test to look for absorbtion of vitamins specifically b vitamins,

if what is it called

3. is there a guide availble to refer to as to what vitamins could be grouped

together and which ones should not be given together

4. What is the best brand for getting omegas to my son, we are currently using

cod lever oil from kirkmans (1 cap daily)for my son.

shall be waiting for your earliest reply.

green pasture cod liver oil is the best i found so far.. I like to give the oils

seperate from the minerals and b vitamins...

i would give mineral at beginning of meal and b vitamins at end and oil based

stuff at another meal...

I always look at the poop to see how well nutrients is bein digested.

GAPS is a great diet you should see some improvemnet with the diet alone:)
