Guest guest
Hi CaitDo you take Vitamin D? I have seen research that Vit D helps with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). I took Vit D when I was in Alaska in the deep, dark wintertime. I think it helped me. hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Also hope the weepies are getting better. I'm having a hard time with SADs this year. I think my brain misses all those winter nights under my Ott light stitching. It really did make a difference. ... hugs, Cait doc appt today, LDN I saw my doctor today. She gave me a script for LDN-- with no problem. She also gave me a new script for Prednisone with two refills so I'll have it if I need it. She is really good about that because I live so rural and I can't drive anymore. She knows it's really hard for me to get in to see her. She did some blood work and I was happy to find out they lab lady can get my veins! My veins are very, VERY difficult. I have my grandmother's veins unfortunately:( My daughter took me to the doc today, we went out to lunch, then to a thrift store, then to Walmart. It was a nice day and I had such a good time with my daughter. We laughed a LOT. My doctor told me the hospital has a possible candidate for a new neurologist here in our small community! To remind you all the old neuro got in trouble for assaulting female patients and has since lost his medical license. hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
Yep, 2000 IU's of D3, Fish Oil 2000 mgs, 400 IU E, garlic, calcium/magnesium, EGCG and C according to my kidneys. Next time I get to the store I'm going to buy some bilberry. I probably should up the D since that's the same amount I take in summer and my test results were low normal. I'm hesitant to go to the dr because I cannot take that Fossavance. The gastric reflux is too uncomfortable and that just means giving me more pills. Is it just me, or my getting older, or doc being ancient, but everytime I see him, he ends up rx'ing another pill? ... hugs, Cait doc appt today, LDN I saw my doctor today.
