Guest guest
What a difference a day makes. Yesterday feelin'lousy and feelin' fine today. It must be diet related but a neighbor said the hot humid days we've gotten all of a sudden are the problem. It's much cooler today! What to eat,.when to drink, when to eat. Eat it raw...... It can't be this complicated and difficult or is it? Well anyway yesterday and the day before I felt better (it seems) after drinking carrot, cabbage, celery and zucchini fresh drink. Who knows why? I don't. Just what Bianca said not to do a few posts back. It's seems more complex than 2+2=4. The fuzzy brain/lightheadness is sure not radiant health. I must say I didn't have fuzzy brain until I tried this NT cookbook and this native nutrition message board. I did have a lightheadedness I blamed on steroids I took for poison ivy one time two years ago. I'm certainly not eating more than 50% NT but what would 99.9% do? Regards, Dennis Dennis, It could of been the sudden heat that made you feel awful. As for NT causing it. Some people who have been a carb junky all their life need to slowly reduce their sugar habit or they go through withdrawal symptoms similar to given up caffeine or cigarettes. Sugar is extremely addicting. My mother tried the Sugar Busters program twice and gave it because she kept getting extremely bad stomach pains and suffered fatigue and headaches. She assured me she wasn't using any artificial sweeteners or low fat products. Now she is a sugar junkie again.
