Dark urine with alinia?

Hi everyone,

We finally started Alinia last night for gut anaerobes. Hoping it would help my

kid the way it has helped many other kids. My kid started having very

yellow/kinda like u get with B vitamins but darker urine. Alinia literature says

that this is one of the side effects of alinia but could'nt figure out if it is

a dangerous one or not. Did anyone experience this?

We're on day 3 of Alinia and I just noticed today w/in a few hours of giving it that my son's urine is like a fluorescent yellow, almost green...???

Mine turned to Banana Yellow,I had no problems with the med..

I think u described it bette. Banana yellow or flourescent is better way of

describing it. Is it the red dye in the med which causes the discoloration? If

it is not serious then just a different urine color would be ok w me. Also when

should I expect the die off? And what does it look like?

We had yellow urine, that is normal. Die off was mostly fatigue and everything

else was gains.

Hi is,I don't know why the urine changes color.Good thought.Now

I would like to know.

My son and I had huge fatigue .My son almost always goes over the

edge with his screaming and behavior,but he didn't do to much with

this med.Maybe because he was too tired to scream :-) :-) .It was a nice

change.I haven't noticed positives in him, but I feel slightly

stronger than I was before.I am cycling different parasite meds. so

now I have him on Biltricide. Tammy F.
