Guest guest
For those who did/doing AC chelation, can you give me advice/strategy/example of how you do your schedule while the kid is in school. My daughter is going to be 7 on May 15, 1st grader, special day class. I know I needed to experiment with this by myself and learn by myself but with my hectic schedule (my husband had a stroke), your strategy might help me a lot to save time. I could learn from you because some of you did a lot of rounds and you learned a lot already. Even I'm so busy right now, I cannot postponed this because time is also running for my daughter. I hope you could give me advice or any reminders. I joined the yahoo group on AC and was really overwhelmed. God bless. Guest guest
Mhel, Most people start rounds as soon as they get home on Friday afternoons and end a round on Monday morning - that way they dont have to worry about squeezing in doses during the school week. (So that would be dosing every three hours around the clock starting on Fri afternoon and giving the last dose mon morning). Good luck! Keep us posted. Guest guest
Thanks Mhel for your question. I was wondering the same thing for my 10.5 yo son. Tammy, for parents who have younger children not in school, they would do chelation every day, right? Doing it just on the weekends just makes the rounds longer. Can you do it on the weekend, and then do it every day on a vacation break, then go back to weekend when they return to school? I am in the midst of reading FIGHT AUTISM AND WIN (which I LOVE how it is all spelled out in a systematic orderly way...in lay man terms), so the answer to my question may be in there. Thanks! Guest guest
You don't do it on school days. You only chelate F-M. Start Friday after school and then end on Monday morning before school. I always did every 3 hours, even at night. I didn't see the point in going to 4 hours. Getting up in the middle of the night is still getting up in the middle of the night, imo! Plus, giving it every 3 hours also left me 1 hour buffer for when I couldn't be perfect. ~ Antiviral Therapy 101~~ Make a biomed book ~~ gryffinstail.wordpress.com ~~ @Gryffins_Tail ~ For those who did/doing AC chelation, can you give me advice/strategy/example of how you do your schedule while the kid is in school. Guest guest
You can do it for as long as 2 weeks but you must take at least as long off as you were on. If you do 7 days on, you must take at least 7 days off. With school we use 3 on, 4 off but some go longer on the off. ~ Antiviral Therapy 101~~ Make a biomed book ~~ gryffinstail.wordpress.com ~~ @Gryffins_Tail ~ For those who did/doing AC chelation, can you give me advice/strategy/example of how you do your schedule while the kid is in school.
