So getting this test is not an option for us, being that we are in NY.

Is there anyone in NY who has found a way to get this test done?

Are there certain symptoms that you can look for in a child to determine if they have this issue with methylation?

Re: methylation pathway tests

Agreed. Plus, she does give you all that nutritional and practical information. While the test is certainly not free and the supplements (whether you buy them from her or another company) are not free, the information is free. She has a ton of information on her website for free including her protocol book (it is linked on her main page), videos, and the forum. It is a lot of information to learn, but she really does help you know what to do about your genetic mutations. She actually states that she thinks it is unethical to give out genetic information without also giving helpful information about what to do about it (not that she is slamming other companies, but just making a general statement about genetics.)Cathy> > > Wondering if anyone could provide information on how to select a lab for methylation pathway tests. I began my search looking at Amy Yasko's website and methylation pathway panel. However I have also come across other labs like Health Diagnostic & Research Institute as well as Genova that provde this panel. Does anyone have feedback on the labs or guidance on how or why to select one group v.s. another? It is a lot of money. I want to make sure I solid results with a somewhat lay persons report on lab results and suggestions on supplements to aid in removing blocked pathway. I would appreciate any information.> > Thank you,> > > > > >>
