Hi everyone!Has anyone tried supplementing with Creatine for low tone? I'm thinking of trying it for my son who is almost 6 and weighs 43 lbs, but don't know the right dosage. I want to try a very low dose. Any advice or experience (good and /or bad) with this? Thanks!!!Trixie

We used creatine ethyl ester for about 2 years and got good improvements. My

son was diagnosed with apraxia and also had a very hard time shaking his head

yes. He would push his head with his hand to shake his head yes. This

supplement helped alot with both of those issues. His speech improved

noticeably.

I used the brand " SNI " which I got at the vitamin shoppe. We gradually worked

our way up to 2 capsules a day. I'm not sure the the actual mg value was - I

forget. You can find it on the vitamin shop website. It's a much more

absorbable form that the regular creatine. We got very good improvements with

it.

Just wanted to mention that my son tested low for creatine which is why I began

the supplementation to start with. My DAN! had said I probably wouldn't notice

a difference with the supplement but I did.
