Guest guest
We have always used Kirkman or Custom Probiotics for our probiotics. These have to be ordered online though. I am always recommending probiotics to people, but I just tell them to get a quality high count probiotic. Do you have a suggestion for quality brands that are carried in local health food stores like Whole Foods? Should any brand there be okay for your average person (no special dietary restrictions or ASD or PANDAS or whatever)? For instance, I have a friend who was on major antibiotics in June and he has had all sorts of digestive issues since then and now has silent acid reflux that is affecting his singing voice. I doubt he would order something online. Thanks, Cathy
