A lady named Meg had a great granola type recipe using sprouted sunflower seeds

and buckwheat that is then dehydrated.

i haven't tried sunflower seed sprouts yet (and i doubt that you

would want to dehydrate them), but my current favorite snack/meal is

sprouts (lentil, adzuki, pea mix) ground w/garlic; mixed w/salt,

coconut oil, and wheat germ oil; eaten w/avocado (and, when available

corn tortilla, sauteed in coco oil).
