Hi SharonYou know that lizard, Hazel. Always off running around. No idea where she is, but she'll probably appear some day again, when she's thirsty for a a bit of water. LOL Hey, they always come home when they're thirsty.Love you allTo: MSersLife Sent: Mon, January 31, 2011 8:31:09 PMSubject: in SA......Re: A

Yikes!!!! Honey, you can keep those "turtles" for yourself.I don't want them. They will bite my damn hand off if I try to tame them. Besides, won't go near them for a kiss. I think I'll just stick to my chameleons and lizards. Although Hazel, the lizard, is still on vacation. If they're larger than my hand, it's no good to tame them.Love you allTo:

Did I ever tell you about the little wild lizard my granddaughter saved? A cat had the lizard and hurt it's little neck. My granddaughter, who was then 7 years old, took the lizard from the cat and cleaned the wound. Then she made a little bandage/splint for the lizard's neck. She let the lizard run back under the house. Several times that first day she checked on the lizard. Each time the lizard would come to her hand. After a few days she removed the bandage. Every day she would go out and hold her hand under the edge of the house and the lizard would come to her hand and crawl on. Isn't that amazing? That's the granddaughter who has Asperger's Syndrome and has such an affinity for animals of all sorts.hugs to you

What a tender hearted girl she is. Animals sense who they can trust. God blessed her with this quality, and knew she would be perfect with His creations. She would make a great vet. Do you think she can choose that as a career?

Hugs, Jackie

That damn lizard!!! Well, she'll get pregnant again, and believe me, she'll come home. Where else will she get water on a leaf anytime of the day?? I can just see her with her little big pregnant tummy, lying in the sun, waiting for me to give her water. LOL See, I know how to keep them.Love you allTo: MSersLife Sent: Wed, February 9, 2011 12:49:22 AMSubject: Re: in SA......Re: A Canadian Turtle ;)
