I really don't want to be gross, but I had a bout of bowel incontinence today. I'm trying to not be concerned, but I am a bit. Do any of you go through this? Does it necessarily mean a flare, or could it just be, as n says, one of those MultipleSurprises? Recently I have had some urinary trouble as well.Any feedback would be appreciated.Thanks!love, Kate

Wow, n, thanks for your quick response to me. I usually stay away from those food items; unless I'm 'backed up' --also don't mean to be gross. I don't feel I have a UTI; I've had plenty of them in the past, and don't seem to have any of the symptoms of one. i.e. pain, frequency, burning, urgency, etc..Thanks for your feedback.love you, KateTo:
