Ever had the French stew/casserole "coq au vin"? The name literally means "rooster with wine", and originally/traditionally it's made with rooster, although these days, roosters may be a little hard to come by (if you don't have your own chickens), so chickens are usually used instead. love/Reb>> I didn't know people ate roosters?
