It's good to hear all is on a fairly stable course with and MS! Good for the lactase enzymes!! I'm glad to hear they work for you. I love the Pixie stories anyway but this one brought me a good laugh! Too funny:)love SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. MS-wise: has not been having any noticeable flare-up. It's pretty much business as usual on that front. Although she did have a cold a couple of weeks ago, and that made me think of that she cough quite a lot, even after the cold is gone I mean. Not as much as she does when she is having a cold, naturally, but you get my point I am sure. And that made me wonder if coughing could ever be MS-related. Anyone who knows about that?In other health news...: Well we have, as I mentioned, been having a bit of a cold both of us, but this time was actually the one who got it worse (it's usually the other way

around). Gone now, anyway. And: I have finally tried capsules with lactase enzyme (to help with lactose intolerance). And they work! They really work! Having a tummy that's is absolutely calm and making no fuss whatsoever is such a luxury! I had almost forgot what it's like. I have of course, since I became aware of my lactose intolerance, tried to eat lactose free, but it's not as easy as it may sound, especially if you eat out, or eat ready made stuff, or, basically, eat anything you didn't grow yourself and make from scratch: Lactose is added to many things/food products as an additive, even in things that are milk free. And apart from the calm tummy thing (the difference is almost hard to believe!), it's a true joy to be able to eat and drink all those delicious things I have had to

avoid. Had a milkshake with my hamburger last weekend, for instance. My favorite meal as a kid... Still great!... And today I intend to let my lunch consist of ONLY bread with loads of soft whey butter or brunost (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brunost ). Another old time favorite I have not had for years. I can't understand why it took me so long to actually ask for those capsules. I've been meaning to for at least a couple of years...Not health related: We have been busy with visits, and dinners with friends etc. Will be this weekend and next too. But after that we'll hopefully have at least a couple of nice "stay at home with only us"-weekends. Socializing is fun, but it can get too much. That was about all I think...Or, well, lets close with a Pixie story. About that word of hers, for her favorite meal, french fries: "Prips". It just so happens that "Pripps" (spelled with two "s", but pronounced just like

Pixie's "prips"), is a Swedish beer brand. Not one I drink a lot of, because I usually prefer a dark Ale. But, on a hot summer day, with a bit of lemon or lime, they can be nice, kind of like that Mexican beer, Corona. But... Anyway... This past summer I was with Pixie on the beach one day, just her and me, because the others were cleaning. Hungry and tired after a couple of hours I tried to make her to break for lunch and come with me to the beach restaurant, and she kept saying "Yes! I want lunch! But first I'll just...". Finally, when she said she "just" wanted to get some water for her sand castle, or what ever it was, I figured I'll have to "bribe" her, and I called after her: "Listen! If you come with me now, I'll buy you your favorite Prips!" Now, did that make heads turn on the beach... What they heard was of course a 2-year old being offered her "favorite beer"... Had to hasten to add that "and by that I meant the potato prips, served with sausages and hamburgers"...love/Reb
