============================

And the diabetes Doc wants you to keep coming back to see him doesn't

he? Anyway, there is some truth to what he says. However, all research

and medical knowledge is based on bodies that are not clean or healthy.

Doctors do not know what a thoroughly cleansed body is like. They

haven't a clue. All the research is done on people who eat cooked foods,

acid forming foods and who are well on their way to mucus laden dis-ease

riddled bodies. This is what is termed normal in todays medicine and

society. Your best bet is to follow your own instincts and what your

body tells you it needs.

There are times when eating more little meals a day is very beneficial.

But it is only beneficial so long as it produces positive results. Once

the body is back in harmony or homeostasis then the results will

disappear and you may begin to swing the other way. We have all taken

our health forgranted and let ourselves be tricked into believing that

there are actually people out there who know much more about our

personal health than we do, much to our dismay.

One of the greatest freedoms anybody has is being responsible for their

own health. Giving that to another is signing away your freedom to make

your own choices. It is okay to consult with so called experts. But

leave it at that. Get their opinion and ideas and work on it from there

with your own researching.
