Guest guest
Hi people, I can only attribute what we are going through as a massive die-off\ detox period .... gf/cf/modified gaps diet/low ox and now we also took out most of her sugar. At the same time we have started giving multiminerals, vit d, a drop of iodine and OLE. Plus some digest gold to help with digestion and some pectasol c and camel milk to help with detox, nutrition and inflammation. So why is my kid not sleeping???? Should I just stop everything for a few days except the diet? It hasn't been this bad since we gave her ketaconazole and diflucan. I guess her system just can't tolerate detoxing The poor love needs to sleep. Any thoughts. Melatonin does not work. Very tired parent. Sent from Yahoo! Guest guest
Hi tanya, just a quick input...i know I had mentioned that our dr. W had recommended camel's milk but I have been reading on another group (cerebrial folate deficiency) that camel milk and other animal milks are not good either if you have cfd...both of my kids tested positive for cfd...just a thought...did you notice any drop in focus, behavior, cognition when you started camel's milk?-- Sent from my Palm Pre Hi people, I can only attribute what we are going through as a massive die-off\ detox period .... gf/cf/modified gaps diet/low ox and now we also took out most of her sugar. Guest guest
Hi ,I have been in this situation A LOT, scratching my head wondering why my kid isn't sleeping. Right now he is, thank God, but next week or month that could change. Anyway, it sounds like you've started your child on a lot of things all at once...? Whenever I do that and the sleep gets affected or something else goes wrong, I have to stop everything new, then slowly add things in, one at a time, giving at least 3 days on each new thing before another addition, sometimes a full week or 10 days if I'm expecting die-off. This was advised by our DAN. Take notes. Some things I can't give too close to bedtime. So I would start over if I were you, slowly, one at a time, watching carefully and taking notes (I have to take notes b/c in my sleep-deprived state I can't remember anything).I know what you're going through--I was just there 3 weeks ago, and I may be there again soon. Good luck! Hi people, I can only attribute what we are going through as a massive die-off\ detox period .... gf/cf/modified gaps diet/low ox and now we also took out most of her sugar. Guest guest
You may not be doing this, but just in case... you don't want to give B-group vitamins close to bedtime. They keep you awake. That's why the energy drink Red Bull has B vitamins. I am nobody to talk, since mine loves to take very long naps and doesn't sleep very long at night.
