Guest guest
Another question about the amino acid Tyrosine. My son has great difficultly focusing one one thing for more than a few seconds. So his Speech/ABA therapist makes slow progress with him, very slow. She says when he can focus on something he learns ok. Iver been reading that Tyrosine helps in this department anyone has success with it ? Thankyou
Guest guest
I really think it depends on your issue whether your foucs problem is that you are too alert or no alert enough. For us we know that relaxation helps focus. L-Theanine helps us with focus especially when pinched like after school homework. Find your dose. We use either 200 mg l-theanine as is, or 1 cap of Zen by Allergy Research Group which is about 100 mg l-theanine plus about 250, 275 mg gaba for calm. > > > > Another question about the amino acid Tyrosine.
