Guest guest
Based on the fact that all 3 of my kids have yeast issues and the fact that I had an appendectomy last year and was given antibiotics with surgery, I decided to do an OAT through Great Plains on myself. All of my yeast markers were really low (below the mean) except for Carboxycitric which is very high (63 with a reference range of below 29). I already take a large scoop of Custom Probiotics daily. Should I try Nystatin or Diflucan? Is it worth it? The only other things on the test that are out of range are sebacic which was ..37 with a reference range of .24 and Vitamin C which was .57 with a range of 10-200. My B6 and B5 markers were also on the low end even though they weren't completely out of range. I am already supplementing both. I guess increase my supplements? Thoughts? Thanks,
Guest guest
Fwiw, you can also schedule an appt with someone (I forget her name and title) at GPL that will walk you through the results.
