I had said I loved my dentist... well, not anymore! He hurt me today. He decided to do part of the root canal and then will have me back for the rest. He had to grind out the filling then put some sort of medicine up in the tooth/roots to kill the infection. It hurt really bad and still hurts like crazy. He wasn't gentle like he was the first time I saw him. He had numbed me but it still hurt. I mean it REALLY hurt. I'm not a pain-wimp but this was bad. Any improvements I had over the weekend are gone and the pain is back full force. Needless to say I won't let him do the root canal. I'm going to go to the other dentist in the practice, Dr. A. Dr. A

takes care of my grandkids teeth and has always been so nice. My grandkids like him and have never complained about seeing him.I have taken two pain pills since 2:30 and it's only 5:40 right now. Even with those two pills I am still hurting pretty bad. I am hoping and praying this doesn't start a flare up of trigeminal neuralgia.
