Guest guest
I have been wanting to add some new supps for my son. The first one I want to add is Magnesium. I have Magnesium Citrate 200 mg on hand and gave him some yesterday. I have some questions: 1. What type of magnesium do you give? 2. What dosage do you give? My son is 50 lbs. 3. Do you give calcium with it? I know our kids can be sensitive to calcium supplementation, but have also always heard you should supplement them together. Are there any other supplements you should give with magnesium? 4. My son woke up last night and picked at his nose and triggered a nosebleed. He doesn't ever get nosebleeds. Can magnesium supplementation cause nosebleeds and if so, why and how do you prevent it? Does it interefere with Vitamin K or something? Does it thin the blood? Thanks!
